Well thanks David. I've just been busy doing a lot of household running around and trying to carve out some time to do my schooling (NYIP's Professional Photography Courses) but seem to have been fighting a bit of a creative block lately. These are the first photos that I've been able to get out in quite a while. Hopefully this is the end of the blockage (heck I even increased my roughage intake and it had no effect on my photographic blockage, however I have been spending more time on the throne.....   go figure?)

Nice, but I'm not sure these shots benefited much from HDR. The woodgrain part of the barn got some nice highlight enhancement, but the sky seems to have suffered for it. The lighter HDR works better, the heavier HDR version has a lot of haloing.

I guess what I'm seeing is that you could probably pull just as much range out of one exposure with some post processing instead of making this an HDR, and the colors would probably be more natural that way.

Thanks for your input/feedback rmeyer7. I'm still a relative novice photographer (only about 1.5 yrs into it) and taking courses through NYIP and just recently finished up lesson 2....LOL. So, I still have a lot to learn and always appreciate the feedback I receive from everyone. I try to incorporate it into my workflow/ thought process. I'm still trying to find my niche, but I'm thoroughly enjoying the learning process. Thanks again.
