Went to Jennabears car show over the weekend. Was a huge event for a great cause. Didn’t get as many pics as I wanted though. As always, C&C is welcome and appreciated.

You have so many pics it is hard to talk about each one. Half of them are super fantastic! :judge: I find the other have are cluttered and blend in the background or are dark such as the truck parked on the street. :beerbang:

You will not be judged as a photographer by the pictures you take, but by the pictures you show.

Thanks....yeah...that is my only issue with car shows. Not always the best parking/background. Would love to do a real shoot on some of these.

I have the same issue when taking pictures of car shows, but just because there is a reason does not make it a good picture. I do not want to sound rude but the only pictures I let others see are the ones I am 100% pleased with. If people only see your great shots they will think you are an awesome photographer.

Like the cars... Love it when I have the opportunity to catch these shows.

Sometimes, it is better to really look at your surroundings. Even when there are not so pleasing backgrounds, by simply moving a little left or right or just changing the angle of the shot, you can really make a so-so picture POP. Take your time (when possible) and the possibilities will come to you.
