2010 Camaro photo shoot

My dad special ordered a 2010 Camaro and he wanted me to do a shoot for him - looking for things that worked, things that didn't and any suggestions to improve. (more from this shoot is posted on my profile)

I'm not sure why, but I can't post the pictures. The original post the link must not have transferred, and when I tried to post them as a reply, that didn't work either. I may be having technical difficulties on my end so I'll check back later to see if it got fixed

Make sure they're sitting below 8 mb's for upload (I believe that's the limit now).

It looks like when I tried to upload more than one picture in a reply it rejected it so I had to post them one at a time...anyone have any opinions on what looked good or what I can improve on (more from this shoot are on my profile if you want to see more photographs I took)

Some nice compositions, and a good location for shooting this -- not too much in the background to distract from the car.

I think the low perspective you shot from in #2 is my favorite, but I'm not a big fan of having the horizon at a diagonal. #5 is a great low perspective as well. I would like to see one from the same low shooting point, but a little to your left - changing the angle so that you're seeing more of the side of the car.

In #4 and #6, your horizon line is more visible than the others, so those are shots where you want to be extra careful to get it straight.

All in all, good job of composing your shots. It looks like you were in very bright sunlight, which is some of the toughest lighting to shoot in. But considering that challenge you pulled it off well.

Thanks for the advice! I'll definitely take it the next time I do a car shoot =)
And looking through my folder from this, this is the only other low angle shot I took of the passenger side -

food for thought, always turn the tires so that the rim is facing the camera.

My new favorite.
Your sky is much better on this one, it was a little too bright in some of the others. Overall it's the best exposure. Another thing that looks cool is to have some open space in front of the car, to make it look like the car has somewhere to go. Actually that's a trick you can use with just about anything that moves ;)

Also, +1 on what John said. I didn't even think about that but he's good at shooting cars so he knows these things!
