Those are beautiful Barry, the fireworks and the photo. Here we had damage from the storm last weekend, that was my bang and crash for the 4th. After taking down the phone line and part of the fence it left a good bit of cleanup, but could have been worse.

Wowzers!!!! That's not what I call celebrating the holiday! Ugh!

Hope it is an easy cleanup Sharon!

Thanks Sharon, I'll have plenty of shots to process, took about 200 yesterday, lol. I would have had more of the parade, but I remembered to switch my camera body from continuous to single to prevent excess files that I just don't need. Still learning....

Here's another shot from last night....

That was the pre-holiday festivities! - the last of the clean up was the 4th. Not too bad considering, neighbors took some for firewood, guy who cuts the grass hauled the rest of the debris. Some of the area still without power, glad to just have some further tree trimming and fence re-building to have done.

Having the phone line down, I managed to survive no internet access - horrors!! LOL Will enjoy seeing more of your fireworks photos.

beautiful work Barry- like Sharon I missed the fireworks due to the storm damage here in the region. We have fireworks fridays at the Cincinnati Reds home games all summer long though

Thanks Rob, hope you are healing up quickly. It sounds like the storms out there were pretty nasty, glad you are ok!

I would love to get to see a MLB game sometime, we have a decent AAA ball club in Salem, the Volcanoes, actually they're usually good at home and are somewhere below .500 on the road. As soon as some talent starts to shine, they get called up or traded....Life in the Minors.
