I don't think I'll ever see another sunset quite like that one again. The sky was absolutely gorgeous.

Since you are asking for some help in improving I might suggest a graduated neutral density filter (GND) to darken the sunlit skies and improve the exposure on the bottom half of the frame. I'd just try this as an experiment so you can see the possibilities. I know it helps me when shooting into the sun.
