How can I improve this image?

My choice would be to warm it up a bit, slightly higher contrast and some vignetting.
I'm also curious to see the responses.

It is very pretty the way it is, but I think I  would add a little warm tones to it

Move in closer to get rid of the brush on the left.

Try other times of the day for different lighting.

Switch to B&W (at least until those trees leaf out).

I would like to see some different angles closer to the gazebo.  Looks like a very beautiful location.  I find the tree on the left a little distracting.

I think you are seeing two types of answers: how you could take a different photo and what you can do to this photo.  Regarding the latter, I agree with warming a bit; also lightening?

Thanks for all the great feedback!  I will go back in a few weeks and try again.  I agree, left side is distracting, but it hadn't accrued  to me to warm it up a bit.  When I go back the trees should be in full leaf. I will re-post the finished image after the re-take.
