It appears that this umbrella has softbox functionality, along with a gold reflecting center add-on. Kinda clever, I think, if you want to add a little warmth to the light. For me, it seems old school (i.e. flim-ish) when it's just as easy to tweak in post. So I'm not really getting that part.
I'd rather have a 3' x 4' softbox along with plain old umbrellas.
