California sunbounce?

Is there anything about these that are so different from other reflectors or diffusers? I had 2 people suggest California sunbounce to me in the last couple weeks, but when I went to their site, I'm not seeing how these are different from others? Ironic the company is called "California" Sunbounce, but is headquartered out of Germany? Go figure. :)

I like the bracket mounts they have, plus the reflective surface is tighter, which I believe allows the light to bounce farther.

I might be getting one of these next month. A friend at camera club has one of these. I have only seen him use it once, but he swears by it.

Getting BETTER one photo at a time!

I had one of their mini's and this thing was awesome, till the darn thing got stolen from my car a few months ago. The only problem I had was the stitching on one side was coming apart. I just hand sewed it back together. It wasn't pretty but it held together! Oh well, who ever took it is realizing it now!

Well that sucks! Sorry about your bad luck. Do you plan on getting another one?

I haven't decided to be honest, I wasn't to happy it had come apart like that.
