Very nice. I'm fast becoming a big fan of macro thanks to a whole clique of enthusiasts here. I think you will fit right in. Also the other "Girls" are tough as nails. One of them even made me cry.

A very good attempt as Charles says there is a growing army of macro fans on PT, dont believe Charles when he says a girl made him cry, thats one of his chat up lines    he uses it to get you under his spell, his next move is telling you he plays Santa for all the children, this is actualy true and I hate him for it, that damned handsome face those cheeky whiskers and twinkling eyes, he very near turned me gay
Joking apart well done.

ha ha ha I know some one who does just that at Wolfsons in Jax. he has the rose colored glasses and all! and thank you for the well done! how do you use the little smileys in a comment

Using the little emoticons is easy. Just above the area where you type your message and comments there is a box with a little dancing banana and a few dozen other smileys. Just click on the one you want  and it appears in the text box as a file name between a pair of : colons. The image will appear after you post. Also after you attach a file there will be a botton that says Insert - which will put the image into the script of your post. You might want to try the Edit button on your first post and then add the file. Good luck.

The photo in the OP is nice for a close focus shot. My only peeve would be for the bee to be facing down not up, but that's just me...You mention Jax in a follow up post. I used to live in Jax back in 1970, worked at St Lukes Hospital on Boulevard & lived up over the St John's near the Anheuser-Busch brewery...Even ushered some football games over in Gainesville for the Gators...Anyway, welcome to the forum....!

I love images of sunflower fields, although I have never seen one in real life. Would "bee" a treat. Great capture. :)

Sure, practice makes perfect but, unless you learn from your mistakes, you are only perfecting your ability to fail.
