Red-tailed hawks
This shot just as the hawk was approaching the branch where the nest was. I was only able to catch his tail and wings.
These two had been fighting each other over a rattlesnake for dinner when one suddenly noticed me taking pictures.
They actually fell from high in a tree while both tugging on the snake carcass and tumbled all the way to the ground. It was quite a sight to watch. Unfortunately I wasn't lucky enough to get any shots of that as it was happening.
