I am willing to buy two lens one for wild life and one for portrait but i unable to select and getting confused please provide ur valued suggestion. Further some of the selected choices are;

EF70-200mm f/4L USM
EF75-300mm f/4-5.6 III
EF-S18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 IS
EF28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM
EF200mm f/2.8L II USM

For wildlife you primarily want "reach" which means that something in the 300mm - 400mm range is suitable. Thus, the 75-300 makes sense, as you'll (mostly likely) be using it outside in a reasonable amount of light.

For portrait work you'll find many different opinions, but none of those are generally considered portrait lenses. I prefer something in the 70 - 85mm range, others like 105mm, still others prefer to use a 50mm lens. If you and afford it, a 24-70mm f/2.8 is an excellent choice and provides a huge amount of flexibility. But you need "fast" glass, which means an f/2.8 aperture or wider. A 50mm prime lens is going to be inexpensive but high quality, and perhaps your best starting point for portrait work.
