It was not only fun to watch but the opportunity for action shots is incredible. I came home with about 1500 pictures.
I had no idea what the rules of this game are but apparently the 'rules' are pretty loose. As long as you don't whack another guy with your mallet it seems all bets are off. And, I discovered, when the ball comes over the boards (the edge of the playing field) it's still in play. As a result, the game follows....as you can see below where the horse is coming right at me. I never realized I could shoot while trying to run backward.
This is one of the guys that crossed the boards and came right at me.
