Looking for some help

5 months 6 days ago #693381 by whatsername
I finally got to take my Minolta XD11 out for a test drive but it seems to have what I assume to be a power issue. I put batteries in it and it still operates like there's no batteries in it. It will only fire while on the O or B setting. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem, I cleaned the battery terminal contacts but it didn't seem to help. I know I can take it in to have it looked at and repaired but I'm without a car at the moment and waiting to see what has to be done to that first. Does anyone have any suggestions of what to try or is just taking it in someplace the best bet? Thanks everyone.
