Wireless or Cable release?

Which is better? The cable is what 3 or 4' in length? And the wireless has a range of what?

Which type of release are you using?

I have both. I do prefer using the cable release that plugs into the camera for most of my work. The remote/wireless one sometimes doesn't fire when I want it to and will take a few try's before it clicks.

Thanks for the feedback. I was thinking the same thing. It's nice to hear from others though!

I too prefer the cable release, it just seems more reliable.

I have the Nikon MC-DC2 Cable release and this works much better than the wireless remote.

I don't need no stink'in Signature! ha ha ha

I've found that often the wireless doesn't always respond so I went back to the cable release.

Cable release is definitely better and more reliable.
