Nikon D7000 please help me out. Should I have one 32GB memory card or two 16GB memory cards?

This is my first DSLR camera and I still need to get a memory card. Should I get just one 32GB card or would it be better to get two 16GB cards so if something happens to one card, I have a spare?

Given that the 7000 has two card slots, the cost of a Sandisk 16GB Class10 card from Amazon is about $15 and a 32GB is about $35... I'd but as many as you can afford.

I'd buy at least three of which size you can afford. Two in the camera and I believe it can be setup to do a auto-back up of sorts for you. Then one other to interchange and as a backup.

I would go for the 16mb cards. That way, if one goes bad, you will still have another card with pictures. This is the suggestion given to me by a camera store employee and it makes a lot of sense. Of course, you can always use your second slot as a back-up rather than overflow.

I think SanDisk are probably the near top of the line in cards. And right now they are cheap on Amazon.
