Sigma 85mm 1.4 vs Nikon 85mm 1.8G

Heading down to Seattle after work to pick up my Nikon 85mm 1.8G lens and stumble across a craigslist ad for a Sigma 85mm 1.4. He is selling it for $150 less than what the 1.8G will cost me and claims that it was sent to Sigma for facotry calibration (which is scary since I've read that Siggy's often have a back focusing problem). I was just seeing what your guy's opinion was on the Sigma vs Nikon. I know that in the past, I have had crap luck with 3rd party lenses, ie Tokina 28-80 2.8 and a Sigma 18-200., when is comes to IQ..I am still leaning towards the Nikon though lol.

The Nikon 85 1.8G is one of the sharpest lenses I've ever owned. It also has great bokeh. IMHO it's one of the BEST value lenses ever.

The Sigma has a good rep, but if I were you I'd go Nikon unless you really feel you need the minor difference 1.4 will give you.
