Best rental rate for Nikon D810?

8 years 6 months ago #457856 by Victor.E
I'm thinking about moving from a Nikon D800 to a D810 and would like to see if the difference is worth spending the bucks.  I would like to rent a D810 for a week or so.  Any idea who might have the better rental rate?

Thank you

I just went through this for an 11 day rental. The price at borrowlenses.com and lensrentals.com was comparable; borrowlenses had an active coupon that helped me decide.

You can go onto both sites and spec out your rental to ascertain the total cost, before committing to anything.

Just out of curiosity, what do you expect of the D810 that the D800 isn't getting you? Also, please keep us posted on your experience.....;)

Why so serious?

Any chance do you have source for coupon for them?

Get on their mailing list. They are constantly sending out coupons for 10% off or more. You can also google.

I had planned, once I had my dates nailed down, to simply approach them and ask for a discount, saying that I have two choices, and the one that gives me a discount gets my business. Fortunately, the slightly less expensive option came through anyways.

This link is good for $20 off (minimum $99 rental). And I get credit if it gets used, so everyone wins ;)

I've used borrowlenses.com a couple times, they have pretty good rates and I must say fast shipping.
