Focus is a little soft, and the bottom crop is a little tight (for my eyes).

I like your composition in #1. #2 you cut the feet off a skateboarder! Take one step back, or get one step closer.

I'm totally agreeing with Matthew regarding focus and crop crop on the second. The first could maybe have used a reflector or slight fill flash bottom left to lift some detail under the hairdo.

You do well capturing people's expressions I think. I agree that a little different composition or crop on the second one would be better. You seem to do well helping your subjects feel comfortable w/you so their personalities and the mood of the moment come thru in your photos.
