My only issue is that I wish the other child was at least facing the camera. Other than that it gives a great 'happy family' feel.

That is a nearly impossible lighting situation, and you pulled it off very well. (Assuming this isn't a composite image.) If I was going to pick on something, I'd say it'd be nice if their feet were in the picture. Might make them seem a little more part of the landscape rather than just kind of in front of the landscape.

Overall a nice picture.

I agree that if you like and your client likes it, that makes a good photo to me. I would have tried something different, like maybe having the family sit on the ground and shooting from a lower position. And if the little girl even had turned so you could have gotten her profile.
