The pic with the hat, seems to have shadows on the face, the rest are great and again super poses,
Just my opinion and if you ask my wife thats not worth much, hope to see more shots...
You will not be judged as a photographer by the pictures you take, but by the pictures you show.
In general -- and this is completely subjective so take it as my personal opinion and nothing more -- I think natural color or B&W work best in 99.9% of photos, as opposed to colors that look like an effect more than a natural photo. And I think selective color should usually be avoided. Again, this is my opinion so take it for what it's worth, or ignore it altogether if you prefer.
