You're asking for commentary, I think. So I'll provide. If that's not your intent, please forgive me and I'll remove this.

There are quite a few things that I do not care for here:
  1. The bride looking up so sharply causes here eyes to be lost.
  2. Why is she holding onto what appears to be a necklace?
  3. The right arm supporting here is rod-straight, and that's never very attractive. The way her legs are crossed also seems ... odd.
  4. She's centered in the frame, and there's nothing else to look at.
  5. The shoes don't really work here. A shot of her standing, lifting up the dress, to reveal the shoes beneath the gown (yes, somewhat typical) would be more effective for me.
  6. The draping of the dress seems awkward, as does the way her hair is positioned in this shot.
  7. She's too small in this frame, and is lost in it.
The colors are vibrant and rich, and her skin tone is perfect.

All in my opinion, of course. If you were asking.

As this is a quirky shot from the get-go, I don't try to apply the usual rules for posing.  I like it, a lot.

Thank you Gary! This is why I post my photos here. All my friends and family always say that it looks amazing. This is the only place where I can get an honest opinion from real photographer. I have room to improve for the next milion photos! Thank you again for your valueable advices! GM

Keep in mind that it is just one opinion, as Kelly brilliantly illustrated, above.

Bravo for having thick skin.

Not to be disrespectful to your family, but I always think, "if you want compliments, go ask your mother."

It is great that you are pushing the boundaries of what is the acceptable norm.
If it does not work, pull back a notch. It is far better than playing it safe.
It is the only way you can create your own style without rehashing the mainstream poses.
Although this shot can be improved, it is not bad at all.

First I will say I love the colors in this shot. That being said, I am not sure about the pose.  I have never been on to have subjects staring straight at the camera.  As big as the floor is the bride looks very tiny and as Gary said lost in the shot.  I wish she had her hand on the flowers not her necklace and I like the red sneakers, but I think I might have hidden them a little and maybe on one peeking out from under the dress.

It is great that you are will to take positive critques from people.  The only way we learn to improve is if someone is honest and shares their opinions.

Keep up the good work

I love it!  I think it's fun to play with angles like this and you pulled it off wonderfully.  Very edgy.

Needs more vignetting. Not obvious enough. Also, I'm quite a sarcastic person.

:P

It looks good overall though, I'd just crop it square myself (and make the vignetting a bit less obvious).
