Thx Stealthy Ninja, I am aware of that requirement and both photos that I tried to post earlier where well under that limit. I just resized them to be a tad smaller even and am going to try again and see what happens. If it doesn't work this time, I ll wait until tomorrow and try again.
it has been pointed out that there may be a time out issue with adding photos to the comp, think it was Chasrich, some of my photos have failed when it has been trying to load them for over a minute or so, I am not in a great area for coverage.

OK, 5 different files, 8 or more attempts to post them. All are between 1.6Mb and 1.9Mb all are JPG's. I've been posting photo's for days with only the occasional problem (which I was able to figure out and then post). I can't seem to figure this one out, so, I guess that I'm out of here for today and we'll give it a try again tomorrow. goodnight all, Happy posting!
have you tried switching to a different server, I did this, am on firefox, so when problems occured I went to internet explorer 9, and it worked, have come back to firefox and its working there too, also try rebooting the computer, that has worked for me as well, I dont mean boot it I do mean reboot it.

Are you using Photoshop to convert a RAW file?
If it is Photoshop, are you possibly coverting the RAW files to jpeg 2000?
