And, Don.. it's a child's rattle toy - photographed with a 5X circular prism filter that really gives some weird effects.. then it was "textured" in Photoshop and, Voila! Something resembling a wacky baccy vision.......
Now that you mention it Dave, seems to me I do remember something like this from my youth, but I think that it had something to do with the ingestion of some strange fungi......
