I'm just rambling, so moderators if I step over the line. Please let me know, as this is my 3rd new thread hear today.

I see many of you do weddings and portraits, but are there any specialty photographers here? Someone that has shot for National Geographic, Photo Journalist, Playboy, taking photos for police or war?

What is the most exciting thing you have photographed?

I am a part time professional photographer and I teach photography, but I also shoot at every opportunity. For weddings, I only shoot destinations like Boston, Seeley Lake Montana, or Negril Jamacia. However when in Bonair several years ago, I had the privilage of shooting an HSA adventure. Photographing paraplegics and one quadraplegic person scuba diving. Seeing the great pleasure derived by these people doing things nobody would think they could do made for an amazing experience.

I shoot minor league Pro Hockey and have done so for 18 years. I have been a correspondent photographer for www.Prohockeynews.com for the past 7 years and cover the North Division of the ECHL in the USA. I think that covering a sport that I love is pretty exciting as well as enjoyable.

Hey #7,
If you don't think underwater photography is exciting, you should try it sometime. When a baracuda is staring you in the face from just inches away, I'd like to see you stay calm enough to snap his photo. See attachment
