It is the best Canon camera I have ever used. Hands down.

Thanks. My buddy is thoroughly enjoying his 5d Mark III. It's one sweet cam. I didn't think it would be that big of a jump from the 5d mark II, but it is.

The lenses I currently own and use are the following.
Nikkor 14-24mm f/2.8G.
Nikkor 24-70mm f/2.8G.
Nikkor 70-200mm f/2.8G VR II
Sigma 50mm f/1.4.
I have a Nikkor 50mm f/1.8G on the way for strict use for the d800, as it's supposed to be sharper than the sigma on that body.
The sigma lens is amazing on lower res bodies that you don't want to aggressively crop on.
Here's a shot from the D3s from the same shooting I was doing that day. I use two bodies.
Nikon D3s with sigma 50mm f/1.4

Also...this was my first outting with the d800. I'm not used to it. I am A LOT more comfortable with my d3s and I think my edits and shots show it. I'm sure you'll see me progress pretty fast in the next month or so with the new body.
Thanks for the compliments.

Scotty... this shot is my favorite. This is awesome shot... reminds me of entrance to enchanted forest or something.
