Hmmmm

I'll bring my tablet, a notepad, business card, gum.  My tablet has my sample photos on it.

I take my Macbook Air that is in my small messenger bag.  I have a 20 page photo book of my best wedding portraits.  I think this is important. It's on really heavy stock paper, the cover is glamorous and people usually always comment on how heavy it is.  I have my price sheet and a one page marketing piece that I give them.  The top goes into how thankful I am to be working with them and the bottom part has a few questions for them to answer.  These questions are what I use to help understand their needs more.

Duct tape, blind fold, and gorilla costume.

Seriously, I bring tablet which has my updated portfolio on it.  I have an older album so they can touch and feel.  I do bring a point and shoot camera to take a couple snap shots of the bride and groom in the location of venue.  If available, I like to meet at the location where the wedding will be held.

No one mentioned a "contract"! :-)

However, you can blow your competition away by showing them what their own personalized wedding app would look like if they book with you!

See some samples on our website at: ubookoo.com :-)
