Ridiculous $300,000 Lawsuit Threat Against Nelson Tang (Wedding Photography)

Just heard about this on PP

This video is nuts.  Listen to this lawyer bully a wedding photographer.  This lawyer needs to lose his license to practice law.

LOL it sounds like the "lawyer" is actually the bride trying to get some money back so stupid sounding. I bet she lives in a caravan.

From youtube:

RESOLUTION: The plaintiff dropped the lawsuit, and the attorney who wrote this letter is currently under discipline from the Washington State Bar. So we won :)

Ha

Sounds like:

I'm going to have to agree with Ninja, this sounds like someone is a bit to emotional to be a lawyer just hired for the job.

This case took place back in 2012.  What is the update on it?  I'm more curious about what the Judge ruled about this lawyers letter?

Above Ninja said that the plaintiff dropped the charges and now the attorney is now under discipline.

While the attorney was definitely in the wrong, it behooves the fact that a contract needs to be drawn up before the shoot

+1 on the bride being the lawyer that wrote this.  There is so much bridal estrogen oozing from that lawyers letter it's not funny.

This is America, the "lawyer" in the video might actually be the bride. You folks are behind the times......:)

Why so serious?

That sounds like what others are saying above.  Which also happens to be my thoughts too.

I wonder too why this was posted on Petapixel a couple of days ago. It doesn't seem to have been updated recently, unless maybe it was the information about the final outcome for the lawyer, that he that he'd completed a counseling program mandated by the bar association as disciplinary action after a misconduct investigation.

Adrian you seem to have made a wrong assumption and some of the others jumped to the wrong conclusion too - the lawyer was the groom. It's in the article.
