What's your response when someone compliments your pictures

I've been meaning to ask, when someone compliments one of your photos.  Do you have a canned response that you will usually say?  Or do you just stick with something like a nod acknowledging them?

LOL I'm not the only one with a line like that! ha ha ha

Well, my specific answer depends on the specific compliment. But more often than not, it's something simple along the lines of thank you :)

I usually do the "Thank you" bit but if I respect the person making the comment, I sometimes ask if they have any suggestion to make it better. Always looking for helpful critique.

Shoot, learn and share. It will make you a better photographer.

In most cases simply "thank you".
If I know it's somebody who is into photography I might ask for suggestions /ideas.
