Lens rental alternative to Borrowlenses?

5 years 1 month ago #636150 by The Gardener
Is there an alternative rental house that has decent quality glass?  I had a not so favorable experience with a rep with Borrowlenses.  Tried another place and the lens they sent me looks like it's been trampled on by a trojan army!

Ehhhhh, venting today.  A bit annoyed with all of this and it's only Tuesday.

Let me know.  Thanks guys.

I have used Lensrentals several times. The gear always worked fine. The particular lens may not have flawless IQ, but that is luck of the draw.

You spoke with someone? Why on earth would you do that?

I've used lensrentals.com, online, and have had completely positive experiences. No human interaction required.

These guys are a good company, I would ask to speak with someone else.  No one is going to touch the inventory they have.  Plus they are owned by Shutterfly.

Canon EOS 5D Mark II, 17-40mmL, 24-105mmL, 100-400mmL, 300mm f/4L IS, Sigma 12-24mm, 430EX, Extension tubes

You know both Adorama and B&H have rental departments right?
