Buying decision: Olympus OM-D E-M5 MarkII vs OM-D E-M10 MarkIII

Hello, I'm going to buy my first camera. I've been wanting to own a camera since I was junior high school, now I'm on final year in uni and finally have enough saving. I'm into cinematography, street photography, and potrait photography.
So, here's the option that I'm considering because the price is suitable for my budget.
OM-D E-M5 MarkII with M.Zuiko 14-150mm II f4-5.8 (New, JPY76000 or USD708)
Vs
OM-D E-M10 MarkIII with M.Zuiko 25mm f1.8 (used like new, JPY6800 or USD633)

I'm considering the prime because it's sharper, can produce more bokeh, and can gather more light, useful since it's MFT.

Which one would you recommend? And if you have other options, what would it be?

You have to decide, if it was me I'd choose the OM-D E-M5 MarkII with M.Zuiko 14-150mm II f4-5.8......

The 5 is a better camera all around. Most people prefer the E-M10 II over the mark III. The mark 3 is a dumbed down version of the Mark II. The 5 is also weather sealed and the 10 isn't. Image quality near identical.

I want to ask again, would you think it's wise to buy the camera now knowing that on November would be many discount offers (Black Friday, Cyber Monday)?

Personally, I would at the used market. They are much cheaper and some look like they are brand new. I bought the E-M1 MK I used and it had 999 shutter activations and not a single scratch or blemish. When I sold it, I did buy the E-M1 MKII new because at that time there wasn't a lot of difference in price. Buy it from a good vendor and you'll get a 6 month warranty and most give 14 day return policy if you don't like it. I use KEH for my used gear.

Olympus e-m5 ii + 40-150 mm new + 45 mm 1.8 new (JPY 108.000)
vs
Olympus e-m5 ii + 25 mm 1.8 + 45 mm 1.8 all used like new (JPY 98.000 JPY)

In my opinion, you would be better off with the 25mm and the 40-150mm. No overlap in that combination. A lot of the decision depends on what you like to shoot. Landscapes and street need wider lenses. Portraits with the 45mm is a good option. Wildlife, birds and sports would favor the 40-150. There are better lenses available of course but those three have good reputations. Expand your coverage for a more versatile kit is my thought. Good luck in your choices.

I'm sorry, I meant 14-150 mm ii.
Please give me advice, I've been considering this and that for weeks.

I also like potraits, that's why I consider 45 mm prime and 25 mm (for street).
Basically I intend to make video also. Is 14-150 mm ii f/5-f/5.6 is very dark?

I had the 14-150 when I first moved to Olympus. It is a great travel lens. I sold it when I bought the 12-40 but I'm really considering getting another one. It's a better lens than some think. The 14-150 is an excellent choice. Version II is weather sealed and version I isn't. Optically they are near identical.

Thank you, currently I'm in Tokyo. I found a near second hand market which i just realized that it's very famous. It's only 30 minutes away by commuter line!
For example, Olympus OM-D E-M5 mark ii grade A (highest grade second hand) priced at 39,600 JPY or roughly 365$. And I can use my passport for tax-free, given the tax rate now in Japan is 10%, so I got the price of 39,600 JPY/1,1 = 36000 JPY ~ 332 USD. Pretty good deal! I'll check the body tomorrow.

Thank you for your recommendation... It's very helping. Though I'll get the 25 mm + 45 mm combo used. I'm into making videos so I think those would give me better result... Soon if I have more money, I'll buy the lens you recommended.

On the used market it is sometimes possible to find nice deals on the old E-P5 with 17mm f/1.8 prime as a "kit".  This is a sweet setup for street photography.  I just got my P5 a couple of days ago and already like it better than my E-M5(original).  Sample photo from today -
