I can understand why there may only be 3 photographers per video. Anywhere from 10-15 photos were allowed to be submitted. It's about a minute long per photographer, if it's too long, the video could lose the viewers interested.
I say 5 photographers per video is good.
Yes, with attention spans being what they are we decided to make it as close to 3 minutes as we could.
And yes, anyone can submit, but not all are chosen.
