Book of the Day: Digital Landscape Photography: In the Footsteps of Ansel Adams

Today's book gives you the best of both worlds; it teaches the techniques used by the original masters of light and  landscape photography as they apply to the modern photographer. If you love shooting landscapes, this book will help you take your photography to the next level.

Author and world-renowned professional photographer Michael Frye does a wonderful job of introducing you to Adams' Zone System and the working process of the masters. He then goes on to show you how their techniques, even those used in the darkroom, can be adapted for use with today's digital hardware and software. The proof of success is in Frye's own spectacular landscapes. If you don't know his work, you won't have to search for long to find and fall in love with it.

IMO, this book is a must for any serious landscape photographer. Don't take my word for it. Go check it out for yourself HERE .

Michael Frye is pretty much "the man", I bought this book a couple of years ago and reread it from time to time. 5 stars!

It is what it is.
