you have a good eye for the right moment but your shutter speed needs to be much higher, so your f stop will need to be wider or your iso needs to be higher or a bit of both. :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

I've found the challenge with indoor sports is getting a fast enough shutter speed to freeze the action in low light. You might need to try different settings that will work best in this gym, I found at different arenas/venues that my settings would vary depending on the lighting.

I think it takes practice since you're shooting action that's happening fas,t but watching your backgrounds could enhance your photos. For example in the bottom photo, the green railing and orange cone on the right aren't particularly helping the image, and the runners to the left are a bit cut off. It takes practice I think to learn how to time your shots, and the more familiar you become with the sport or event the better you'd get at it.
