Do you plan on becoming a professional or tuning your hobby into a career? Or do you just plan to further your knowledge and just have fun? What are you plans?

I just plan on furthering my knowledge and maybe someday I can go pro.

I would like to get to the point where I can do photography in my spare time and make a little extra cash.

At 58 years I do not want (or need) another profession ... I'm simply enjoying this wonderfully addictive and expensive hobby!

This is a hobby for me, if I make a buck... cool, if not sweating it.

I would love some day to have the option to make money at photography, I'll have to wait for that opportunity to present it self.

Have sold some prints but really haven't decided if I want to make a job out of something I enjoy so much. I would like to be able to have this passionate hobby pay for itself eventually. Would like to get a couple more large format cameras along with more glass for my medium format gear. It'd be nice to even get a dark room some day so I can process my own film and do my own prints instead of driving the good folks down at the local lab nuts whenever I bring in film.
Until all that happens, if it happens, I just want to keep learning and having fun with photography.

Well I dont really have any plans. Though I may make some of my photos into postcards to sell at one of the local convience stores that gets alot of tourist traffic. I will see how it goes from there.

I'm just a photography enthusiast, I'm not trying to make a buck with my camera, although it would be nice!
