Tha depends on what you mean by "lots" For me 200 is a lot.
Do you tend to shoot in continuous mode, and bracket all the time?

Only if I've asked their permission. Waking on the street doesn't forfeit your right to privacy.
Has someone whose permission you didn't seek object to your taking their picture? (Try it on the subway, sometimes...)

Yes. Happened recently at the Accademia in Florence. Folks were trying to sneak pictures of David. There is a reason for the rule!
