Photography Tips : How to Get Photos Published
My first Published images were for our local newspaper.
I had approached the pictures editor (after some online searching) via e-mail, asking if i could do some local events (football etc.. ) initially just because i wanted to gain access "free" lol...
But after an initial meeting and showing of my work - I ended up freelancing for them for 2 1/2 years.
For which i also received payment - so all in all happy days - Free access to Football / speedway and the like, and i got paid too
The only downturn is, I haven't had anyhing from them for about a year due to this confounded recession we've found ourselves in (they're cutting costs - by not outsourcing)
