Anyone have one of these Tamrac tripods?

I'm looking for something light weight for travel and came across this Tamrac tripod that folds up small. I'm just wondering if this will really hold a DSLR good? I would hate to have the camera go falling!

Also do they have a quick release?

Oh man, I don't know about that. LOL that doesn't look all that sturdy. I might be wrong, but I wouldn't be to excited about leaving my camera on that.

I agree, that tripod looks to unstable.

Looking at that tripod I would dream of putting my camera on it. I'd be too afraid that it would fall down and break my camera.

I would use this for a small DSLR with a small lens on a FLAT surface

I have one of these, but only use it for my compact camera. I think this would be brave to put my DSLR on this tripod. Great for traveling!
