Classic Cameras
Some of these don't work, but many still do, and I've tried most of them. A few that were favorites of mine back in my film days are:Widelux F6 (2nd shelf down in the middle): This is a swing lens panoramic camera. The lens moves in a turrent and takes a 6cm long pano on regular 35mm film. A fun camera that really weirds people out!
Rolleiflex 3.5E Planar (3 cameras to the right of the Widelux): A twin lens reflex camera. This pretty much became my favorite all around film camera. It shoots 12 6x6cm frames on a roll of 120.
Ansco Titan 20 (bottom right): A 6x6cm folder. It also took 12 shots on 120 film. Absolutely no frills, but it folded up and would fit into my pocket like a fat wallet. This was my point-n-shoot camera when i was walking around outdoors in the day.
Super Speed Graphic (not pictured): The 4x5 camera I used for landscape photography. I replaced the standard lens with various ones from Schneider, Fuji, and Nikon.

My Dad still calls me up every couple of weeks from a thrift store somewhere to ask me if I want some camera he's found. I almost always say no, although I'm hoping for the big find. I've heard some good stories. Locally I heard of a guy who lent his college age daughter his Leica for her photography class, and she ended up selling "that old camera" for $75 at her sorority's charity rummage sale. Another one is the guy who found a suitcase full of Alpa rangefinders for $15 or something in a thrift store. From the picture of the gear that I saw I think it was worth thousands, maybe over $10K.
My best find was my Rolleiflex mentioned above. I got it at a charity flea market. The guy wanted $150 for it and a bunch of accessories. I didn't know what it was worth, but holding it in my hands I just felt that had to be a good price. I remember asking him if he'd looked on Ebay to see what they were going for. He said he didn't really do the internet. When I got home I looked it up on Ebay, and it was probably worth close to $1000 with the accessories.
