Can you write a story to go with the pix? that has a much better chance of publication than just a pic or three. We used to run a photo each week called "eyesore of the week" regarding an abandoned or messy property that just ran the location and a caption. So unless the paper runs a pic of the day or week you need to write a short story on how the park is a good/nice place to come to during the winter time.cwightmanphotos wrote:

That is nice to know, but scarman is right. Pictures have to tell a story. Not just your story, but A STORY. Anyone should be able to look at your pictures and see a story.
A story in pictures can be held within one single picture or in 5-10 pictures.
Pictures that tell a story, that have a chance of being in a newspaper has to answer the questions...
