I'm looking for some photos ideas so I can get some more experience.  Can you help me?

The question is too broad to give an obvious answer. I guess start by going into town and walking block to block. Make at least 10 images per block. Look for images, don't just point the camera and snap just anything. Hundreds of other ideas but we need more specifics on where your photographic interests lie.

Don't look for subjects but look inside yourself… go on the
hunt: anything, anytime, anywhere.

Younger, I discovered that a good time to go out was when
everyone was rushing in — like just before a thunder storm.
I also liked then to visit large cemeteries, arbours, etc.

You'll have the whole place for you alone (almost!)

Light is free… capturing it is not!

Photo ideas to practice photography ideas are play with your food, try flower photography, include chalk drawings, tell a story, use coffee, have fun with patterns, try adding words.

'Tell a story' has to be the best advice for me. It forces you from the start to think about what the subject of your photo is, which is often the biggest flaw in beginners work.

I agree

Another approach.  Pick one of your favorite photos that was taken by a pro.  Of a subject that is accessible to you, in common weather (if outdoors).  Then try to duplicate the pro's picture.
