What's best to read for learning photography?

1 year 9 months ago #705113 by Tyler R
Might as well ask one more question, now that I have my first camera, I want to jump in further.  I don't have any nor have I read any photography related books.  Can you suggest a title or two that would be worth reading for someone just starting out?  Ideally Kindle.

Again, thank you.  I'm so appreciative of all your help!

Can't verify  they are on Kindle or any e-pub formats ,  but  some suggested books  are  by John Hedgecoe ,  Michael Langford ,  Tom Ang .

For some, reading is not their favourite way to learn but
videos are reaching them better.

Ben Long has some nine of video series on different as-
pects and types of photography. A very pleasant chap.

I enjoy watching video critiques on YouTube by Scott Kelby.  There are some others but I feel a lot of the youtubers are catering to their viewers and being too kind.  So pick and choose with this in mind,  I like this because I am able to hear professional photographers express what they see that could be improved and I try to implement what I hear into my own photography.
