Need help identifying technique/filter please!

1 year 1 month ago #749761 by JGRW
Hi

To say I am new to photography is an understatement, which is why I would greatly appreciate if someone can help me figure out how to achieve the effect/filter that these four photos have. I really want to understand how I can achieve this look for my own photos. Since I don't know the technical terms the best way I can explain the vibe is that there seems to be a filter to them that makes them look very smooth and low-key luxurious/high-end. These four photos depict interior designs but I have seen this filter for many other items and environments and it always makes everything look better and more professional.
To me they somehow doesn't even look like a photo, but rather taken from a movie.
If anyone has any ideas here that gets me in the right direction please leave a comment!

What effect?  These photos are nothing special, just real estate photos with over exposed outdoors?

a light sepia/faded filter with some adjustments, nothing more

Seems like it's mostly post processing eliminating the blue tones by changing hues and saturation. It would be a similar technique to this video. There are many others out there with slightly different techniques.

Not much going on here tbh. A bit over-exposed, undersaturated and natural one-directional light.

To achieve a smooth and low-key luxurious look in your photos, focus on soft, diffused lighting and muted color tones. Enhance details and textures while maintaining a clean, polished finish. Experiment with photo editing software, adjusting contrast, shadows, and highlights. Practice and find your style through trial and error.
