In RAW you can blend two RAW outputs (one adjusted over, with one adjusted under).
Not for the HDR look, but to bring the tones back.
Or not...? Depends what is back there.

Easy to do with Smart Objects.
When the last candle has been blown out
and the last glass of champagne has been drunk
All that you are left with are the memories and the images-David Cooke.
But I would at least bring the interior lights down a tad, and MAYBE try to save the outdoors.
Otherwise, it will print with a big white BLOB that draws your eye away from anything else.
Me thinks.
