Interesting idea. I like the effect you got on the trees and bridge. The motion problem in the water hasn't been dealt with, perhaps can't be in this image. Perhaps, a composite of and HDR shot for the top half, and a single exposure for the water? :thumbsup:

I heard of "deja vu" but this is ridiculous. You seem to have posted this twice, and I made the same comment twice, thinking the first one hadn't registered, somehow... A first time for everything...

I believe that we're looking at a waterfall. At the very bottom is reflection of light in the pool. If you clock on the photo you can see a larger version, and detect water coming off the upper tiers.
