G'day NS

A very 'heavy' looking image - could become a pano with a sky crop maybe?

Hi Phil,

My luck was that the heavy sky opened and the Sun
could sneak under the stormy weather just as I was
at the base of the castle, across the lake.

+/- 3 minutes: park the vehicle, grab a body, a lens
change, four clicks and… it was gone — not the castle
but the opening in the clouds.

It was so unreal… the rolling thunder was breathtaking!
… too bad I could not include the said lake! The castle
is irrelevant for me, it was all in the opening.

Take care good buddy!

Greetings Mark.

Yes, it was dramatic… very much so! :P

I saw somewhere that the NE of your island has the most
dramatic weather for sky shoots in the world, isn't it?

As for the rule of thirds, now that you make me think of it…

Nicely done! The clouds are awesome. The architecture is well-photographed too.
