What Is That About?

Clearly, an exercise in composition for the 29 retired professionals (lawyers, doctors,
architects, engineers etc.) under the banner of a North Country photo club.

"Think different!" said a well-known advert, today it will be "See different!" To be put
in the box, an image whose subject will have no form of importance but where all the
meaning will hold in the composition of elements — even random — to end up in a
purely graphic approach.

At the beginning, architects found themselves right there; for the others... it took a little
more time. Knowing little or nothing about the area where I live and work, they were all
in for a new challenge, a new exploration in the courtyard of a local hotel I didn't know.
After thirty minutes, the good mood caught in and they got into the game.

My take...

G'day NS

Good one mate ............ and if you can ever do it again without the shadows of the tree leaves, it will certainly be spectacular

But… but… but I thought they were adding an organic element
to the hard edges of the geometric shapes, Phil!
