Do Canon cameras have these features?

I'm thinking of doing the unthinkable, but am looking at going to the other side by switching to Canon.

Do Canon cameras offer Auto Bracketing on the Ti or T2i models?

It seems the t2i is currently a couple hundred cheaper than the d90 from nikon.

Also, how does Canon handle the lenses. I know the entry model Nikons don't have internal focus motors, just wondering if Canon does this as well.

All Canon EOS lenses work on any Canon EOS bodies (other than APS-C vs 35mm format concerns), as far as I know.

Canon builds the AF motor into the lenses and not the body, so any modern EF or EF-S mount lens from Canon should AF with all their EOS bodies. Most 3rd party lenses should as well.

Also realise that auto bracketing is a feature that for most people can quickly be reproduced in manual shooting mode with little effort from the photographer. So don't get hooked on the idea that you "need" exposure bracketing to do things such as HDR landscape shots

Full Frame Canons will only take EF lenses, I am not sure what the t2 etc are as are named differently over here :)

Auto Bracketing was available on my old 500 so if your looking at recent Canon's I would say yes :)

That is because they are a different class of camera. The D90 has a metal body shell, pentaprism viewfinder, top deck camera info LCD, and two control wheels, all different from the T2i. AF and continuous frame rate should also be higher performance for the D90. The Canon that compares better to the D90 is the EOS 50D (which I happen to have). The Nikons that compare better with the T2i are the D5000/5100 models.

T2 is the 550D. T3i is the 600D. Not FFs.

The T2i and Ti1 both have auto exposure bracketing (3 shot +/-2 in 1/3 stop increments) calling it AEB.

Shoot, learn and share. It will make you a better photographer.
