Nikon D800/800e and finding a company that will do credit finance in US

Hi,

Im doing some research for a friend of mine who is already a very good photographer and looking at the Nikon D800 or D800e...the main subjects would be pop concerts, weddings, fashion shows, portraits indoor and outdoors ...i know there are some of you - ninja, scotty that have the d800, should my mate get the d800 or d800e and why?

AND

The other thing is, they would like to get it on credit finance....any ideas of companies as well please?

Thanks

The new Nikon D800 is downright impressive across the board, starting with its 36.3-megapixel FX-format CMOS sensor. Thanks to improvements in sensor technologies, the new sensor features large 4.88μm pixels, which in concert with the D800’s EXPEED 3 imaging processor, allows the sensor to capture full-bodied image files with plenty of detail in the shadows, highlights and every tone in between.

Ninja will say get the E, the moire is rare. I will say get the regular. Best Buy finances.

Unless you want to do serious video get the E. Better photos.

Scotty will say get the D800 (non-E) because he's totally jelly of my E.

I agree with Scotty that BestBuy finances, and he may want to check Amazon as well. I think they may be financing up to a year on some of the higher end things.
