Removing sweat with Photoshop?

I have a client that was sweating up a storm on her shoot.  And now she wants me to remove the glare from her forehead.  What is the best way to do this?

Frequency Separation is going to be your best technique to accomplish that goal and retain realistic skin. I find that repairing the details without affecting color can be very helpful. I would then make a selection of the skin on her forehead, make a separate layer, and use a feather on the selection then gaussian blur. Then blend it in until the skin looks good.

Oh: yes, you'll need PS or comparable.

Sweat is no fun. I've had to remove underarm stains. Ugh.

I'm going to have to check my Portrait Pro 15 software and see if they have something to take care of this.
