Playing with intentional over-exposure.
I can now say, "been there, done that", and move on. I'm going through a practice phaze at the moment. I'm reading lots of photography books and trying to emulate what they show in the books. What's funny is that when I see some of these photos in the books, my reaction is the same as yours. I may not care for it, but it was intentional, and I did what I set out to do.
